Job DescriptionMaintenance Director (Confidential) – Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee plant operations at a skilled nursing facility. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-functioning environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance programs
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, OSHA, and all state/federal regulations
</li>
<li>
Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs
</li>
<li>
Oversee outside vendors and service contracts
</li>
<li>
Maintain emergency preparedness and safety plans
</li>
<li>
Ensure the facility is always survey-ready
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Previous maintenance leadership experience required
</li>
<li>
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance
</li>
<li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies
</li>
<li>
Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
</li>
