Role: Java Developer
Location: Plano, TX
Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, or GC EAD preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications using Java, React, and AWS.
- Develop backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs using Java and modern frameworks.
- Build and enhance user interfaces using React.
- Design and integrate SQL and NoSQL data solutions.
- Develop secure, resilient, and maintainable applications for enterprise environments.
- Deploy and support applications using AWS cloud services.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with product, platform, architecture, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java-based frameworks, preferably Spring/Spring Boot.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Working experience with React / React.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
