🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
- Begin each day with a 6:30 AM safety meeting
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Work in small, highly collaborative teams (2-3 welders)
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication on carbon steel components
- Assemble, fit, and weld parts to precise specifications
- Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
✅ What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of MIG welding experience (school or work experience accepted)
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
- Experience welding carbon steel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flux-core welding experience
- Ability to pass a weld bend test and perform bevel welds
- TIG welding experience
- Experience welding stainless steel
🏭 Work Environment & Schedule:
- Open-air, climate-regulated welding facility
- Consistent work schedule with overtime opportunities available
- Hours:Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $26.37/hr.
