Job DescriptionPosition Summary
A growing construction and reconstruction company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client relations.
This position will oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Review project plans, specifications, permits, and contracts.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Track project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Resolve field issues and provide solutions to avoid project delays.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Oversee punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction.
- Strong background managing residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience managing subcontractors, trades, and vendors.
- Knowledge of permits, inspections, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reconstruction, renovation, insurance-related repairs, or restoration projects.
- Familiarity with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Xactimate, or similar platforms.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
- Estimating experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
