Acumatica Construction Consultant

Job Description

Capax RM is partnering with an established ERP consultancy that has been delivering ERP solutions for over 20 years and is continuing to grow its Acumatica practice.

The role will be focused on working directly with construction clients and managing Acumatica implementations from discovery through go-live.

\n

\n

What you'll be doing:

\n

\n
• Run client discovery sessions and gather system requirements.

\n

• Manage Acumatica implementations from discovery through configuration, testing, training and go-live.

\n

• Work closely with construction clients to understand their processes and improve how they use Acumatica.

\n

• Handle system configuration and make recommendations around additional functionality or third-party solutions.

\n

• Support data migration and User Acceptance Testing.

\n

• Train users and key stakeholders on the system.

\n

• Create and modify reports within Acumatica and other reporting tools.

\n

• Troubleshoot functional issues and work with other consultants when needed.

\n

• Manage your own project workload while working as part of the wider implementation team.

\n

\n

What they're looking for:

\n

\n
• 3+ years of Acumatica implementation experience.

\n

• Experience working within a consulting or VAR environment.

\n

• Experience with Acumatica Construction Edition or construction ERP implementations.

\n

• Acumatica badges/certifications across areas such as Financials, Distribution, Projects and Reporting.

\n

• Strong understanding of accounting and business processes.

\n

• Experience running discovery sessions, configuration, UAT and client training.

\n

• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects.

\n

Experience with the following is useful:

• ARM Financial Reporting

\n

• FYIsoft

\n

• Crystal Reports

\n

• SSRS

\n

\n

\n
