Responsibilities
\n

- Keep Project Managers informed of project management tool/technology changes and implications to their work.
- Develop and maintain training materials for new and existing end-users.
- Provide training for project team members on the use of project management tools and related technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training materials and resources, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and user guides.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status, progress, and outcomes of major projects.
- Facilitate communication between project managers and executive leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Requirements
\n

- 2+ years of IT project management experience
- 1+ year of ADO or Jira experience
- Regulated enviroment experience preferred
