Job Description

#jobalert | DIRECT HIRE | BIM PROJECT COORDINATOR | Phoenix Metro

A national building products manufacturer is adding a Project Coordinator to its in-house BIM team. This is a coordination and organization role, not a modeling or design seat: you keep the team's digital content library organized, manage the intake and tracking of work requests, and build the training materials that help the rest of the organization use BIM content correctly. Revit familiarity is required so you can speak the team's language and navigate the content, but you will not be building families or producing construction documents. If you are organized, systems-minded, and like being the person who keeps a technical team running smoothly, this role gives you a clear mandate and direct impact across every project the company produces.

  • Anticipated $65K-$75K, based on experience (hourly, non-exempt)
  • Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K w/ match, PTO, holidays
  • On-site at the Phoenix-area office is preferred; remote considered only for an exceptional candidate

Overview:

  • Keep the BIM content library organized, catalogued, and easy for the team to pull from
  • Run the work-request / service-ticket queue: intake, triage, track, and close requests to the BIM team
  • Build and maintain training content, including AI-generated training videos, using the company's existing program
  • Handle data entry and record-keeping that keeps content and project information accurate and current
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines across the BIM team so work moves and nothing stalls
  • Serve as the organized backbone that frees the technical staff to focus on modeling

Preferred Skills / Experiences:

  • Revit experience sufficient to navigate models and content and understand BIM workflows (family creation not required)
  • Experience coordinating or supporting a technical team (BIM, VDC, CAD, engineering, or design)
  • Strongly Preferred — Hands-on experience managing a request / ticket queue or a project-task tracking system
  • Experience creating training materials, documentation, SOPs, or tutorial videos
  • Comfort learning and using software tools, including AI-based video / training platforms
  • Strong data-entry accuracy and records discipline
  • Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams independently

KEYWORDS: Revit, BIM, BIM Coordinator, BIM Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, VDC, project coordination, content library, Revit content, data entry, training content, training videos, instructional content, SOP, documentation, service tickets, ticket management, request queue, task tracking, Autodesk, building information modeling, modular, building products, manufacturing, AEC, content management
