Seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in ERP implementations, QAD Rehosting, and Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead ERP, QAD Rehosting, and Digital Transformation initiatives from planning through deployment and closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Ensure project governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide regular project status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive successful delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years working as a Project Manager leading technology projects.
- Experience managing ERP implementation, ERP migration, or QAD Rehosting projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- QAD ERP Rehosting, Cloud Migration, or ERP Modernization experience.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Vendor and offshore team management.
