If you have experience in construction, building maintenance, handyman work, remodeling, property maintenance, or other hands-on work, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU! Key Requirements:

<li>Previous building maintenance, construction, handyman, remodeling, property maintenance, or similar hands-on experience preferred</li>
<li>Basic experience with light plumbing and electrical repairs</li>
<li>Comfortable safely using hand and power tools</li>
<li>General knowledge of repairs and maintenance</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
</ul>
