JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians developing their education and performance through the Functions of the Maintenance Department
\n
\n
Location: Manchester, TN
\n
Shift: Nights 6pm-6am
\n
Pay: $72-75k annually with up to a 20% bonus
\n
Automotive manufacturing background needed
\n
\n
\n
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
\n
· Downtime Tracking and Analysis.
\n
· Preventative Maintenance Tracking and Analysis.
\n
· Schedule and Track overtime in department.
\n
· Education Tracking and Scheduling for Maintenance Tech’s.
\n
· Provide Reports for Downtime and Labor.
\n
· Housekeeping Audits
\n
· Safety Audits
\n
· Lockout/Tag-out Audits
\n
· Tech Support to Floor.
\n
· Continuous Improvement (3s and Kaizen) in Maintenance Systems.
\n
· Ability to address HR related issue’s in timely manner.
\n
\n
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
· Annual Fork-truck and Boom Lift Certification Tracking of Techs.
\n
· Support Operations through scheduled Dock Audits and Fault Tree Analysis.
\n
\n
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
\n
· High School Graduate.
\n
· Technical Degrees or Vocation Certifications in Industrial Maintenance Field
\n
· Minimum 8 years experience in multi-craft industrial maintenance
\n
· 2-5 years management experience in field or related area
\n
· Tracking Systems using Microsoft Products, Excel, Word, Power Point
\n
· Provides a High level of Organizational Skills
