About the Role:
\n
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager with deep roots in the cards and payments industry to lead delivery of complex, multi-stream programs for our US clients. Candidate will own end-to-end delivery, from planning and governance through execution and release, while remaining close to the work, the teams and the client.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
Own end-to-end delivery of cards and payments programs, covering scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
\n
Stay hands-on: run/guide daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and defect triage.
\n
Champion and operationalize AI-assisted engineering across the delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
\n
Partner with offshore IT services teams to run a seamless onshore–offshore delivery model.
\n
\n
Required Qualifications:
\n
~15 years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in project or program management roles of increasing responsibility.
\n
Significant experience in the payments domain gained at card networks, banks, payment processors, or fintechs in the US.
\n
Demonstrated, hands-on exposure to AI adoption within the SDLC.
\n
\n
