Apartment Maintenance Technician – New Ulm, MN

Pay: Up to $23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Career Strategies is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in New Ulm, MN. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking candidate who is comfortable assisting with maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, and janitorial duties.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and basic appliance repairs
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Help maintain overall property appearance and curb appeal

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with landscaping, grounds, and janitorial responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
