About the Role:
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs

Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and taking corrective action to eliminate them

Conducting repairs and maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and appliances

Assisting with snow removal and grounds maintenance

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and appliances in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols

Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a collaborative approach to maintenance and repair tasks

Participate in safety training and adhere to established safety procedures

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the facility
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
