6:00 am - 2:30 pm Plus OT
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The General Maintenance Technician will support the daily operation and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility improvements to ensure a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving a variety of maintenance issues across the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests across departments
- Assist with equipment setup, movement, and installation
- Support facility organization, cleanliness, and upkeep
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist with small construction or improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or handyman
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to issues
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Forklift or equipment operation experience
