Detailed Job Description:
\n
We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Support Engineer/Lead to manage and support enterprise IAM platforms built on the Ping Identity suite. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident management, MFA and passkey operations, authentication integrations, certificate lifecycle management, platform monitoring, and change implementation.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Support and administer PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingID, Ping One, DaVinci, Ping Authorize, and Pinone Protect/Risk.
\n
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, federation, MFA, and directory-related issues.
\n
• Manage integrations involving SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, SCIM, RADIUS, Kerberos, and REST APIs.
\n
• Support MFA factors including Push, OTP, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Security Keys, Passkeys, and biometric authentication.
\n
• Perform incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
\n
• Manage certificate lifecycle, signing certificates, trust stores, secrets, and TLS/mTLS configurations.
\n
• Execute patching, upgrades, operational readiness checks, and production deployments.
\n
• Monitor platform health, capacity, availability, and security events.
\n
• Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and automation opportunities.
\n
• Collaborate with vendors, application teams, infrastructure teams, and security operations.
\n

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity products
\n
• Strong knowledge of SSO, Federation, IAM, MFA, and Password less Authentication
\n
• Expertise in:
\n
o SAML 2.0
\n
o OAuth 2.0
\n
o OpenID Connect (OIDC)
\n
o LDAP
\n
o SCIM
\n
o RADIUS
\n
o Kerberos
\n
• Experience with SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, and key management
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills
\n
• Experience working in enterprise production support environments
\n
\n
Preferred Skills:
\n
• Ping Identity Certifications
\n
• Experience with Passkeys, FIDO2, and WebAuthn
\n
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or other IAM platforms
\n
• Scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Shell
\n
• Healthcare, BFSI, or regulated industry experience
