Job Title: Maintenance Leader

Location: Summerville, SC 29486
\n
Shift: 8a-5pm (occasional weekend OT and off shift required)
\n
**This position is on call**
\n
Salary: $75-87K salaried plus overtime after 45 hours
\n
(OT depends on production and if a machine goes down)
\n
Reports to: Plant Manager
\n
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire
\n
Industry: automotive manufacturing
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
To ensure that the assembly production department and associates have everything needed to perform all aspects of their job safely and properly.
\n
\n
Main Activities:
\n
Creates and develop planned predictive, preventative and curative maintenance programs, maintenance spares and workforce training programs
\n
Creates a fully controlled maintenance stores system
\n
Ensures that the quality of work is to the standard required by the company and respective regulation (i.e. electrical, compressed air, etc…)
\n
Obtains critical spares and specialist contractors when necessary
\n
Manages maintenance sub-contractors activities (permits)
\n
Provides appropriate support on new programs development in relation with program development team
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years’ experience in automotive manufacturing and assembly facilities maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic driven assembly equipment as well as performing preventative maintenance
- Ability to deploy structured problem-solving process
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
