Terrelonge Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing cold storage and logistics operation to identify an Operations Lead – Quality Assurance. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, safety, and workforce development across warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can balance quality assurance responsibilities with operational support, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with warehouse leadership to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operational duties as needed to support business demands.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Conduct routine audits, inspections, and process reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor product quality, inventory accuracy, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
• Investigate quality-related issues and drive root cause analysis activities.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Safety, and Training teams.
• Facilitate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training and certification programs.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and operational training programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure workforce compliance requirements are met.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for warehouse employees and team leads.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational workflows.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and process evaluations.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
