Note/Must have:
- Hybrid position. Minimum of 2 days in the office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Services, Public Administration, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data management, research, and reporting, preferably within a healthcare or public health environment.
- Experience working with healthcare/public health data, including data collection, validation, interpretation, and performance measurement.
- Strong experience with quality improvement, program evaluation, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
- Experience working with multiple electronic data platforms and preparing internal, external, or federal program reports
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis, data management, research, and quality management activities supporting the Clinical Quality Improvement Program.
- Collect, review, analyze, and interpret data from multiple electronic data platforms.
- Compile, edit, and maintain state program data reports.
- Prepare monthly, internal, external, and performance reports.
- Analyze program data and provide recommendations to improve service delivery, quality, and program performance.
- Monitor agency performance measures, quality indicators, and data endpoints.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information within data systems and coordinate corrections.
- Assist with preparation and submission of federal data reports.
- Support quality improvement projects, program evaluations, research activities, and data-driven initiatives.
- Assist with vendor training, presentations, and communication related to data entry, data requirements, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with program administration, fiscal, data, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate data activities with other internal programs and functional units.
- Prepare data and documentation for annual site visits and monitoring of funded agencies.
- Provide data analysis and reports to internal leadership and program teams.
- Support day-to-day program operations involving data, research, reporting, and quality improvement.
- Exercise independent judgment when following established data procedures and processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
