About the Role

- We are looking for a Technical Delivery Managerto lead a large, multi-team data and analytics engagement at an enterprise client in the retail industry. The role is based in Cincinnati, OH, with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite at the client's office.
- The TDD owns delivery outcomes, leads 6-8 active delivery teams, and is the single Bitwise accountability point for client satisfaction and engagement health. Beyond delivery, the TDD builds senior client relationships from within the account and identifies expansion opportunities through those relationships in partnership with the account manager.

Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership
\n
• Lead 6-8 active delivery teams. Team leads and offshore managers report directly into this role.
\n
• Own delivery quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction, proactively managing risks before escalation.
\n
• Run a structured governance cadence: weekly status reviews, bi-weekly working sessions, monthly steering reviews, and quarterly planning.
\n
• Set delivery standards across teams — process, documentation, quality benchmarks, and communication.
\n
• Define and track key delivery KPIs including quality, predictability, team efficiency, and client satisfaction.
