Senior Project Manager, Power Delivery EPC | Corpus Christi, TX (On-Site)

I'm a third-party recruiter running a direct-hire search for a client, a power delivery and energy infrastructure services firm. If you've run design-build or EPC work on transmission, distribution, or substation projects and want to own a project from kickoff to close-out, this is a senior seat with real authority.

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Run integrated design-build and EPC teams from project start through completion

\n

• Own the prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders, including changes, invoicing, and progress payments

\n

• Lead the project team, including Project Managers and Assistant PMs, and work alongside construction managers and site safety

\n

• Be the main point of contact for the customer and keep the project on track for scope, schedule, and budget

\n

• Oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and field construction, including value engineering and constructability reviews

\n

• Keep safety, quality, and environmental standards front and center, and head off disputes before they grow

\n

• Deliver monthly progress, budget forecast, and schedule reports, then run close-out and warranty

\n

• Mentor junior staff

\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• 10+ years in construction project management

\n

• Hands-on DB/EPC experience in power delivery (transmission, distribution, substation)

\n

• Strong grasp of contracting, budgets, scheduling, and field supervision

\n

• Experience leading and developing project teams

\n

• Primavera P6 preferred

\n

• Bachelor's in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

\n

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as projects require

\n
