We are seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team and work directly with our Project Managers! You will be responsible for the scheduling & facilitation of our construction projects as well as communicate with clients & team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Project start ups, day to day, & job closeout procedures.
- Work with Project Manager to keep schedules on track and adjust when needed.
- Schedule subcontractors and company labor for our construction projects.
- Order Critical Materials needed for jobs.
- Interface with Clients, Designers, vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist with creating allowance updates for materials & contract change orders.
- Process vendor invoices, filing, and coordinate with accounts payable.
- Answer phone calls & be Friendly.
- Manage project with Buildertrend software.
Qualifications:
- Must have Valid I.D.
- Computer Skills, Be Fluent in Microsoft word and Excel.
- Ability to Type with good spelling & grammar.
- Buildertrend is a plus
- Must have ability to multitask.
- Experience in construction administration, design administration and/or any related construction trade or property maintenance experience.
