Our client is seeking a dedicated Evening Facilities Coordinator/Flooring Technician &nbsp;to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors using the appropriate techniques and equipment. This includes stripping, waxing, and buffing floors as needed to ensure a clean and polished appearance. The role also involves operating floor cleaning machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums, while adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines. Additionally, the individual will be expected to report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor and assist with other cleaning tasks as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, well-kept environments and enjoys hands-on work.

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have experience cleaning and buffing floors</li>
<li>Must have experience operating floor cleaning machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fluent in English is required</li>
<li>Strong attendance is required</li>
</ul>
 
Hours:&nbsp;Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Compensation:&nbsp;&nbsp;$18.00/hour
