Responsibilities
- Working with buyers and sellers as a consultative salesperson
- Negotiating on behalf of your clients
- Prospecting via phone
- Hosting open houses
- Willing to be held accountable
- Becoming the local expert in your area for customers
- Working in a group atmosphere to achieve top results
- Desiring to leverage systems at a high level
- Desire to build a big business
Qualifications
We are seeking agents new or experienced who are ready to break through a ceiling!
As a member of the team, you are coached and equipped to sell a minimum of 2 homes a month and should desire to work hard and sell more than 20 homes a year.

Compensation$70,000+commission based
