We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer one of a client with 18+ years of overall IT experience to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in .NET technologies, ASP.NET/MVC, C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL, along with proven experience in application architecture, system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. The role requires extensive experience leading development projects, analyzing business requirements, building secure and scalable n-tier web applications, and developing SOA-based integrations using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message/queue processing. Experience with Section 508, WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, Crystal Reports, and healthcare applications involving HIPAA-protected health information (PHI) is also required.
Job Description: - *9 Years:* Experience as a Lead Developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures. - *9 Years:* Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC/Razor and/or C#. - *8 Years:* Experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building application logic to meet those requirements. - *7 Years 1 Month:* Experience writing SQL/PLSQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions, and cursors, including Oracle SQL query optimization using Oracle 11G or higher. - *8 Years:* Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including developing secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message/queue processing. - *3 Years:* Experience developing web applications that comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0). - *3 Years:* Experience developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS. - *4 Years:* Experience developing reports using Crystal Reports Version 10 or above and integrating them with .NET applications. - *3 Years:* Experience designing and implementing applications containing healthcare data covered under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI), with a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications: - Must have 18+ years of overall IT experience in .NET technologies. - Must have at least 9 years of experience as a Lead .NET Developer. - Must have at least 7 years of experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
