As a Real Estate Mentor with us, you'll make a significant impact by:
- Guiding Agent Development: Actively coach and support mentees through every stage of their real estate career, from onboarding to closing their first deals.
- Building Strong Mentee Relationships: Understand each agent's strengths and gaps to deliver personalized coaching that drives measurable results.
- Leading Buyer & Seller Consultation Training: Teach agents how to conduct expert consultations that match clients with the right opportunities.
- Training on Showings & Open Houses: Equip mentees with the skills and confidence to host effective showings and represent listings professionally.
- Overseeing Transaction Guidance: Walk agents through the full transaction process to ensure they develop the skills for smooth, successful closings.
- Growing the Team: Leverage your expertise and reputation to attract new talent and contribute to the continued expansion of our mentorship program.
- Market Knowledge Instruction: Share your deep understanding of market conditions to prepare agents to advise their clients with confidence and credibility.
Qualifications we seek:
- Proven Real Estate Experience (Required): A strong track record in real estate sales is essential — you lead by example.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortably leverage modern tools and platforms to enhance your coaching and keep mentees competitive.
- Exceptional Communication & Coaching Ability: Master the art of teaching, feedback, negotiation training, and professional networking.
- Driven & Motivating: Bring the energy, self-motivation, and enthusiasm needed to inspire agents to push past their limits.
- Organized & Process-Oriented: Maintain structure across multiple mentee relationships with strong time management and organizational habits.
- Active Real Estate License (Required): A valid Real Estate License is mandatory to be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
