Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in the Financial District of Manhattan, offering the energy of a premier New York City legal environment with a close-knit, collaborative in-office team.
Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience with direct involvement in trial preparation. Bilingual Spanish is a firm requirement for this role; applications without it cannot be considered.

Job Description
- Support attorneys with day-to-day handling of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, with a focus on trial preparation
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation from intake through resolution
- Draft correspondence, authorizations, discovery materials, and other legal documents
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records and case-related materials
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and other case parties with professionalism and care
- Assist with pleadings, litigation support, and active trial preparation
- Track treatment progress, damages, and case developments to help drive files forward efficiently
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure strong follow-through on all open items
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, including trial preparation
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously
- Experience handling medical records, case documents, and client communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
