We are looking for a Clarity PPM Developer to be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enhancements within the DX T& D Clarity environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensure system integrity, and support ongoing platform improvements in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and test enhancements to Clarity configuration and integrations within the DX T& D Clarity instance.

· Build and maintain database objects including packages, stored procedures, views, and indexes.

· Support custom requests across UI configurations, database queries, reports, and portlets.

· Utilize Clarity Studio components such as objects, portlets, processes, lookups, and PPM add-ins.

· Collaborate with business users to gather and translate functional and technical requirements.

· Support testing cycles, including unit, functional, and deployment validation.

· Plan and coordinate environment maintenance, data refreshes, patches, and upgrades.

· Ensure adherence to development, change management, and security policies.

· Oversee production releases, including final validations, runbooks, and test plans.

Core Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience with Clarity PPM, including design, development, and implementation across technical and functional modules.

· Strong hands-on expertise in GEL scripting, XOG processing, NSQL, data marts, time slices, and Clarity Studio customizations.

· Experience with Clarity Portlet development and JasperSoft reporting.

· Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, including building database objects such as procedures, packages, and views.

· Experience with Oracle DBA activities and Clarity administration.

· Proven experience supporting Clarity PPM version 16.0.0+ in a web-based SaaS environment.

· Experience working with Clarity Modern UX configurations and enhancements.

· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

· Strong background in testing (unit, functional) and coordinating deployments across multiple teams.

· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.

· Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with GitHub, JIRA, and/or RPA tools.

· Experience integrating Clarity with SAP or other enterprise systems.

· Background supporting large-scale enterprise environments and time entry systems.
