• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and testing of equipment, machinery, and systems

• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely and efficient manner

• Conduct minor repairs and renovations, including painting, carpentry, and electrical work

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment maintenance

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all functions are running smoothly and efficiently

• Identify and report potential safety hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks
