What You'll DoLead Great Design

You'll be at the forefront of turning ideas into successful, buildable solutions.

  • Guide projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Transform client goals into creative, practical, and impactful spaces
  • Develop and oversee construction documents, specifications, and technical details
  • Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain design integrity while balancing budget, schedule, and project goals

Be the Go-To Project Leader

You'll bring teams together and keep projects moving forward.

  • Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and specialty consultants
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Help teams navigate challenges and identify smart, effective solutions

Stay Connected to the Final Product

You won't just design it. You'll help bring it to life.

  • Lead construction administration activities
  • Review RFIs and submittals
  • Conduct site visits and field observations
  • Partner with contractors to ensure design intent is successfully executed

What You BringRequired Qualifications

  • Active Architectural License (Registered Architect)
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project documentation
  • Proven experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
