As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will enjoy a steady flow of warm, inbound buyer and seller leads generated by our state-of-the-art marketing systems, ensuring you never start from scratch. Our mentorship program is unmatched in the industry, offering a clear path to success. Our exceptional training program, REV UP!, is specifically crafted to accelerate the progress of new licensees, helping you master lead conversion, client consultations, and negotiation from day one. You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will support you through your initial transactions. Understanding that business development and lead generation are the primary challenges for new agents, we are dedicated to helping driven, coachable agents thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining an active NH real estate license
- Proactively following up with team-provided inbound leads
- Conducting buyer and seller consultations, showings, and open houses
- Utilizing our CRM and tech tools to manage your pipeline
- Attending regular training and coaching sessions
- Contributing a collaborative, high-energy mindset to our dynamic team
