Job DescriptionMaintenance Supervisor
We are hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and help keep our facility safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance, repairs, and work orders
</li>
<li>
Perform and coordinate general building maintenance
</li>
<li>
Support preventative maintenance of equipment and building systems
</li>
<li>
Troubleshoot routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
</li>
<li>
Assist with safety inspections and regulatory compliance
</li>
<li>
Prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Previous hands-on maintenance experience required
</li>
<li>
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Working knowledge of general building maintenance; plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills are a plus
</li>
<li>
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits

$23.00-$25.00 per hour
