Facilities Maintenance Tech II
LOCATION: Kingston Pike
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time/Exempt/Regular
HOURLY $18.00- $21.00
Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking full-time Facilities Maintenance Tech II for our corporate office. Ideal candidates will be energetic, confident, have excellent maintenance skills, understand how to perform maintenance functions, preventive maintenance and mechanically minded. Clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Summary:
Responsible for all routine preventive maintenance, facility inspections, repairs, maintain facility safety, cleanliness and functionality. Performs maintenance duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced maintenance tasks including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
- Diagnoses problems and determines appropriate corrective action.
- Complete assigned work orders.
- Proficient at using hand tools and electrical tools for maintenance work.
- Maintains facility safety.
