Express Employment in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with starting pay between $20–$22/hour.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with experience in industrial machinery, printing presses, and rewinders. A background in electrical work and the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools like meters is preferred.
