Full-Time Maintenance Tech for apartment properties located in Alliance, Ohio. Must have maintenance & repair experience (or related experience) and troubleshooting skills. Also be very reliable and self-motivated. Position includes general maintenance & repairs, apartment turnovers & miscellaneous improvements. Criminal background check will be done. Transportation & basic tools required. Van/Truck preferred. Mileage will be reimbursed. Position available immediately. Generous compensation to qualified applicants.
