Job Description
IT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Information Technology | El Paso / Dallas, TX | Full-Time
ABOUT LUCCHESE
Since 1883, Lucchese has defined Western luxury — handcrafting boots and leather goods that pair generations of artisan skill with modern style. Behind every store opening, POS transaction, and secure login is a lean, high-ownership IT team keeping the brand running. We're looking for an IT Systems Specialist to help power that technology across our corporate and retail footprint.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The IT Systems Specialist owns endpoint, identity, and cloud infrastructure for 770 employees across 35 locations. This isn't a scripted help-desk role — you'll exercise independent judgment to diagnose complex environments, configure enterprise platforms, and deliver reliable technology operations that support Lucchese's digital transformation strategy, from store-floor POS terminals to headquarters identity management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administer endpoints via JumpCloud MDM — enroll devices, configure macOS/Windows, and enforce security policies and hardware standards
- Manage the full user lifecycle in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365, including provisioning, licensing, and conditional access
- Serve as first-line support for enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, Teamwork Commerce POS, and Adobe
- Configure and deploy the standard store IT kit at new retail locations — POS, Wi-Fi, security cameras, and SSO — targeting sub-one-day deployment
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues across corporate and retail sites
- Author and maintain IT runbooks, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor and triage Arctic Wolf MDR security alerts, and enforce patch compliance and security baseline standards
- Support systems integrations across MuleSoft, Snowflake, and Salesforce as the digital transformation roadmap progresses
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of hands-on IT systems administration, endpoint management, or enterprise technical support in a multi-site environment
- Experience with an MDM platform (JumpCloud, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 administration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud applications independently
- Solid LAN/WAN networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and runbooks
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (required within 6 months of hire); Associate's degree or higher preferred
THE DETAILS
Location: Based at Lucchese's Dallas headquarters, with an initial full week on-site during onboarding
Travel: Approximately 10–15%, for retail store deployments and on-site support; valid driver's license required
Physical: Prolonged periods at a desk; ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs; must be able to bend, kneel, reach, and work in telecom closets and under desks
If you're ready to help power an iconic American brand's digital transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
