We're looking for a motivated Contents Cleaning Technician to join our Restoration Team. You'll help professionally clean, restore, and care for customers' personal belongings after unexpected disasters while making a meaningful difference in their recovery.


What You'll Do

  • Clean, deodorize, sanitize, and restore personal belongings damaged by fire, water, smoke, mold, and other disasters.
  • Use specialized cleaning techniques, products, and equipment to restore a wide variety of household and commercial contents.
  • Inspect, sort, and evaluate items to determine the most effective cleaning and restoration methods.
  • Carefully pack, inventory, and organize customer belongings before and after the cleaning process.
  • Perform specialty, post-construction, and structural cleaning services at residential and commercial properties.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and accurate inventories throughout the restoration process.
  • Operate company vehicles, including vans and box trucks, when transporting contents between job sites and our cleaning facility.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while providing exceptional customer service.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, restoration, laundry services, vehicle detailing, manufacturing, hospitality, or warehouse operations is preferred (paid training provided for the right candidate).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safely use cleaning products and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle customers' belongings with care.
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, approximately 40–43 hours per week.
  • Hours: 6:30 AM (occasionally) or 7:30 AM (typically) to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
