Desktop Support Engineer, Mac and Windows (Jamf + Intune) | Onsite NYC

NYC metro only. This role is onsite in Manhattan.

Looking for a Desktop Engineer who's supported both MAC and Windows Devices for a small sharp IT team.
\n
Their fleet is split right down the middle, half Mac and half Windows. So they need someone who's genuinely good on both. Not "I've used a Mac," but you've built policies in Jamf and managed devices in Intune.

What you'll do:
\n
- \n
- Own tickets end to end, from first call to fix
- Support VIPs and the executive team, onsite and occasionally off-site
- Manage Macs in Jamf and Windows devices in Intune
- Handle AD security groups, Group Policy and software deployments
- Run day-to-day admin on MFA, O365, collaboration tools, video conferencing and Cisco VoIP phones
- Image, deploy and retire laptops and desktops through the hardware lifecycle
- Work with the security team on patching and endpoint standards
- Lead small projects that move the team forward

What you'll bring:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years in desktop or end-user support
- Hands-on Jamf and Intune admin experience
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with SCCM, WSUS or similar desktop management tools
- Working knowledge of Azure, O365 and G-Suite
- Calm, clear communication with non-technical people, especially senior execs
