Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Moio's Italian Pastry Shop in Monroeville, PA is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitorial and Maintenance Worker to help keep our beloved bakery clean, safe, and running smoothly. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Janitorial & Maintenance Worker to join our family-owned bakery team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Wash pots, pans, and baking equipment using a commercial dishwasher and utility sink
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove refuse and maintain trash areas
• Clean and sanitize work tables and other work areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bakery
• Perform basic maintenance and general upkeep
• Help with other cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday: 2:00 PM until the work is completed, typically 6–7 hours per day.
Sunday: Approximately 3 hours, as Sunday is our lightest day.
Total: Approximately 33–38 hours per week.
Pay & Benefits:
• $18/hour during training
• $20/hour after successful completion of training
• Excellent work will be well compensated

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
