Seeking a dependable, skilled, and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience who can take initiative and deliver excellent service to our residents.
Position Overview:
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will maintain the property's overall condition through routine service requests, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally, with attention to quality and resident satisfaction.
• Perform general repairs in areas such as:
• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Appliance maintenance
• Assist with daily community upkeep, including:
• Janitorial tasks
• Groundskeeping and trash pickup
• Light landscaping
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow all safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a similar setting.
• Basic HVAC knowledge preferred (EPA certification a plus but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
