We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Greater Houston area! In this field position, you will deliver top-tier interior and exterior window cleaning services to both commercial properties and residential homes across Houston.
This position offers strong income potential through a straight 25% commission payout on every single job you perform—the faster, cleaner, and more efficient your work, the more you bring home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior glass cleaning for residential homes and commercial buildings.
- Detail window sills, tracks, screens, and glass entryways to high standards.
- Transport gear and ladders safely between job sites across Houston.
- Safely operate extension ladders, squeegees, water-fed poles, and cleaning equipment.
- Provide courteous, professional service to Houston homeowners and business managers.
- Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the site.
Job Requirements
- Vehicle Required: Must own and drive a reliable truck or work vehicle capable of safely carrying ladders and gear.
- Driverâ€TMs License & Insurance: Valid Texas driverâ€TMs license, active auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Physical Fitness: Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb/work on ladders, and handle the physical demands of field work.
- Heat Resilient: Comfortable working outdoors in Houston's climate year-round.
- Reliability: Punctual, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
