Job Description
A leading manufacturer specializing in precision metal fabrication, stamping, welding, and engineered component solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Candidates Must Have:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership or related manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within metal stamping, roll-forming, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, compressed air systems, hydraulics, industrial equipment, and maintenance tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, technical manuals, and operating procedures.
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards, particularly related to metal stamping operations and mechanical power presses.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
