Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project/Program Manager to lead projects throughout the full project lifecycle. This role will oversee project planning, scope, budgets, resources, quality, risk, and performance reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and scope
\n
• Coordinate project resources, including staffing, coaching, and team development
\n
• Partner with functional teams and stakeholders to define business requirements
\n
• Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions
\n
• Create test plans and ensure solutions are ready for User Acceptance Testing
\n
• Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures
\n
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, project updates, and recommendations
\n
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are followed
\n
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to steering committees and sponsors
\n
Qualifications
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
\n
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred
\n
• PMP or PMI certification preferred
\n
• 2–4 years of project or program management experience
\n
• Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills
\n
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
\n
• Strong risk assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
\n
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
\n
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments
