Multi Site Facility Cleaner (Evening Floating Team)
Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking motivated, dependable Multi Site Cleaners to join our evening floating team across the Greater Grand Rapids area.
Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role with variety and a clear path into operational management? As a Multi Site Cleaner, you will not be stuck in the same building every night. You will work closely alongside our Territory Manager to support site coverage, maintain quality standards, and assist with hands-on facility care across our local accounts.
Compensation & Travel Perks
Starting Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
- Paid Drive Time: You stay on the clock while traveling between assigned facilities during your shift.
- Gas Reimbursement: $150 per month mileage/gas allowance.
- Performance Growth: Opportunities for rate advancement and promotion starting at 90 days.
Available Evening Schedules
- Option 1: Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 PM (6 to 8 hours per night)
- Option 2: Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 PM (5 to 6 hours per night)
Note: Guaranteed no weekend or holiday shifts required!
Service Region
Coverage includes assigned accounts across Grand Rapids, Walker, Rockford, Wyoming, Byron Center, East Grand Rapids, and Kentwood.

Key Responsibilities
- Support nightly operational coverage across assigned client locations.
- Perform basic quality audits and site inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Provide direct hands-on cleaning support (restroom sanitization, floor care, trash removal, surface disinfection).
- Partner directly with the Territory Manager to ensure seamless evening operations.
Position Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for site-to-site travel.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated attitude, and excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 10 lbs throughout the shift.
