4/10-1st Shift :
First shift schedule Monday through Thursday from 6:30am-4:30pm
Job Summary:
- Calibrates optical and electronic measuring equipment and signal generating equipment to conform to set standards.
- Tests, calibrates, adjusts, and maintains optical, electromechanical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydro mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments.
- Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements.
- Disassembles, cleans, repairs, and replaces defective parts of test equipment.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Candidates must have at least 2+ Years of Experience with the following:
- 1-Experience working with and measuring optics
- 2-Experience with test measurement calibration tools (interferometer, autocollimator, optical alignment scopes, IR equipment, oscilloscope, RF generator, DMM)
- 3-Electronic experience
- 4-Physical calibration experience
- 5- Experience with Indy soft (current calibration system used by team)
- 6-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (to read procedures)
- 7-High school diploma required (No degree required)
