Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Jackson, Michigan. Primary responsibilities include:
 
<ul>
<li>Direct and manage the daily activities of Technicians across multiple shifts</li>
<li>Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures</li>
<li>Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials</li>
<li>Implement training programs to improve work performance</li>
<li>Participate in budgeting and capital projects</li>
<li>Lead and facilitate continuous improvement teams</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of Management experience</li>
<li>PLC knowledge required</li>
<li>Must have experience with Welders/Robots</li>
