We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of multiple commercial properties in South Austin. This role involves organizing, coordinating, and managing comprehensive maintenance programs—including exterior property upkeep, timely work order completion, high-quality make-ready processes, and cost-effective inventory control.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs promptly and professionally.
Ensure all service requests are completed daily.
Inspect vacant suites and complete make-ready checklists.
Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by management.
Inspect property exteriors and perform daily building/common area upkeep in accordance with company standards.
Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
Complete or oversee completion of preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate, organized records.
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prepare sites for inspections.
Be available on a rotating basis for on-call emergency maintenance repairs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience; apartment experience preferred.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
One week of vacation after one year of employment
