Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Maintenance Technician / Painter
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Painter with resurfacing experience to join our multifamily team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of maintaining apartment homes to company standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform apartment turns, including interior painting, drywall repair, patching, and touch-ups
- Complete resurfacing work (tubs, countertops, sinks, cabinets, etc.)
- Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC basics, etc.)
- Prepare vacant units for move-in efficiently and on schedule
- Respond to maintenance work orders and resident service requests
- Assist with preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and work areas
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in multifamily maintenance preferred
- Strong painting and resurfacing skills required
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- EPA/HVAC certification a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
