NorBrook is growing, and we're looking for an organized, hands-on Project Manager to lead our residential builds from first estimate to final walkthrough. If you know how to keep a job on budget, on schedule, and keep clients smiling along the way, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

• Prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs
• Build and manage bids, and review subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to keep jobs moving
• Coordinate daily site activity with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, with regular updates from contract to closeout
• Track budgets, job costs, and change orders
• Schedule inspections and handle permits with local building departments
• Conduct site walks to check quality, safety, and progress
• Manage punch lists and final walkthroughs so every project finishes strong

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of residential construction experience, with project management or lead carpenter/superintendent experience a plus
• Strong understanding of residential building methods, codes, and trades
• Comfort with estimating and scheduling software [list any you use, e.g. Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Excel]
• Excellent communication skills with clients and crews alike
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
