Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be local to Miramar, FL and be authorized to work in the US.
Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate insights.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way.
- Ensure all property showings are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist clients in understanding the home-buying process, offering guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or a related field, with a strong understanding of the home-buying process a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
- Proven track record of building strong, trusting relationships with clients through active listening and tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with Walton County's real estate market trends, providing clients with accurate and timely insights.
- Ability to manage multiple showings and schedules efficiently, maximizing client satisfaction and time management.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all property tours are conducted with professionalism and precision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where adaptability is key to success.
