Role Description The Maintenance Worker role at Hernandez Landscaping is a full-time, on-site position based in Brentwood, CA. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on outdoor areas, equipment, and facilities, including basic carpentry, plumbing support, and general upkeep. Day-to-day tasks may include operating and caring for power tools and landscaping equipment, inspecting equipment and property areas, and completing minor repairs to ensure safety and appearance. The Maintenance Worker will follow preventive maintenance schedules, respond to maintenance requests, and work closely with the team to support landscaping and property improvement projects. - Fundamental Plumbing skills for small fixes such as leaks, irrigation lines, and fixture maintenance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Reliable transportation to the Brentwood, CA worksite and flexibility to work a full-time schedule.
